# Coffee & Stuff.
A full eCommerce redesign for a premium coffee brand - bespoke WooCommerce theme with custom blocks, scroll animations, and a seamless migration from the old site.
## The brief
One of the main challenges of this website was that it was a redesign of an existing eCommerce site, meaning the new theme had to be built so it could be swapped with the current one with as little downtime as possible. In the end, the site was in maintenance mode for less than 30 minutes. The new theme was built so you could essentially install it over any WooCommerce website and the WooCommerce elements would fit straight in.
Another challenge was choosing the right scroll animations and functionality for dynamic blocks. These were specifically requested, but I didn't want to go overboard - the spacious, high-quality-image-centric design would lose its premium feel. I also had to ensure the animations worked across desktop, tablet, and mobile so visitors wouldn't feel the site was broken.

## Custom block development
The Meet the Team block, FAQ accordions, and image carousels throughout the site are all custom-built rather than relying on third-party plugins keeping the site lean and the design fully under control.
